Franz Winkler

Franz Winkler completed his studies of civil engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Oldenburg in 1987 after technical training as a specialist of reinforced concrete in high rise construction.
Since 1991 he has been working in the Greifswald and Hamburg offices of HWP Planungsgesellschaft. In 2005 he was assigned to management on site.

A major milestone in his career was the construction of the new building of the University Medical Center Greifswald through several construction phases starting in 1991, the last building of which was completed in 2013.

As the Head of Project Supervision as well as Costs and Tendering, he is responsible for all projects from the Architecture Division for work in HOAI phases 6 through 9.

In 2012 he was appointed as an authorized signatory.
Franz Winkler is a member of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Chamber of Engineers.
