Dr. Norbert Leopold

Dr. Norbert Leopold completed his studies in Business Administration at the University of Stuttgart in 1982. During his studies, he worked in the field of Applied Research, first at the University of Stuttgart and then at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation, in relation to Planning and Control of Production Processes as well as Corporate Structuring. In 1997 he completed his doctorate as Dr.-Ing. at the University of Stuttgart. In 1997, he took a management position in a sub-group of Jenoptik AG, M+W Zander Holding GmbH Stuttgart, responsible for Strategic Corporate Development. He held this position until 2001, when he took over the establishment of the Jenoptik Innovation Academy in Jena, an institution for Management Development and Innovation Promotion at Jenoptik AG.

Since 2004 Dr. Leopold has been responsible for the Commercial Management of HWP Planungsgesellschaft and its subsidiaries.

Since July 2023 he has been focusing in particular on the disciplines of Human Resources, Marketing & PR as well as on the subsidiaries within the management.
