Multidisciplinary culture and practice
HWP contains its expertise in four divisions:
quickly linking them together to cater for the individual task as required. This principle has proved its worth time and time again. Wherever cooperation between different sectors is necessary or will improve the chances of success for a project, we can put together well-rehearsed multidisciplinary teams at any time. This is one of HWP's main strengths - a view also shared by our clients.
At our company we have some 20 different professions under one roof. This allows us to offer a wide range of specialist skills, an ideal condition for the continuous transfer of knowledge, also irrespective of specific projects.
Informal communication also plays an important role at our company. Nipping over to consult a colleague who is only on the next floor down, or spontaneously getting together with others over a coffee in the staff restaurant to speak about a subject – this is a tremendous advantage that directly benefits clients and their projects.
We also cultivate a multidisciplinary exchange of information at our in-house events, dubbed the Spargelrunden, which are held regularly once a month. They owe their name to our logo, which employees often call "Spargel" or asparagus in English.
